    Capgemini is searching for an enthusiastic Agile Dev Team Member II to join our dynamic team. Individual will be hands on Rate testing member who will QA test, validate and execute the testing , process above team functions described end to end in the QA testing and validation of the described features , projects in the Domain applications specified. Individual will follow the QA process of Understanding requirements, prepare Test Objectives and test plan, prepare test data, document the TDR in Rally Features, user stories, execute the Test objectives, run the tools and prepare reports, validate test results, compare results, open defects for mismatches, when defects resolved, retest and complete QA. Perform Automation and innovation in Rate testing, get productivity improvements, great collaboration with Business, product, Rating, IT Development, and production support for a successful implementation. Role Description : Creates, documents, implements, and maintains technical test cases and associated test data; employs testing tools as necessary. This may encompass integration, system, regression, and performance/stress/volume testing. Evaluates system and business requirements for their testability and reports on the execution status of the test plan through defect logs or defect tracking systems. Ensures that all acceptance criteria are fulfilled. Assists in resolving environmental issues and provides support for application development, implementation, and user training activities as required. Key Responsibilities : Reviews test results, aids in troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and validates system design. Develops test plans that outline test scenarios, objectives, quality criteria, and measurement methods. Collaborates with the configuration/change management teams, as needed, to facilitate a seamless code transition throughout its lifecycle. Assists in training fellow testing specialists. Competencies: Oversees workflow and task allocation within the testing area; coordinates activities to ensure service level agreements are met. Verifies acceptance criteria during the testing phase and maintains an understanding of business unit processes/products to confirm the application meets functional and quality standards. Provides guidance on the use of testing tools and the development of test scenarios, objectives, and cases. Engages in detailed analysis to formulate new or revised standards, methodologies, and processes within testing; develops training materials as necessary. Core Competencies: Defines the overarching testing strategy and manages all technical testing operations; engages in the preparation of proposals and action plans as required. Provides recommendations to management regarding project continuation or cessation and suggests recovery actions or process modifications when needed. Establishes and documents quality criteria and measurement techniques as required. Offers comprehensive training on testing tools as necessary.
