Customer Service Executive , 1-3 yrs exp, Chennai Job Title- Customer Service Executive ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: a) Proforma invoice generation and processing of sales orders in SAP b) Coordination with PPIC team to collect despatch schedules, informing customers about order schedules etc. c) Pre-sales coordination with sales team- Experience: Minimum 2 years, working with good manufacturing enterprises handling customer service in a B2B sales environment. Working/ worked with manufacturing companies is a non-negotiable requirement.
