Cyprus, Limassol India Hybrid Full-time Middle We are looking for a finance professional with strong expertise in acquisition analysis, financial due diligence, and post-acquisition integration. The ideal candidate has experience in financial reporting under US GAAP, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and a deep understanding of global accounting standards. Responsibilities Analysis of financial performance of potential acquisition targets Participation in company valuation Conducting financial and operational due diligence Collaboration with internal teams (finance, legal, strategy) and external consultants for preparation of technical memos Monitoring financial performance post-acquisition Supporting the integration of acquired companies Leading various aspects of the companys worldwide financial close and reporting process in accordance with US GAAP Overseeing the preparation and analysis of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual close in accordance with US GAAP on both local and consolidated levels Coordinating with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits Overseeing monthly reconciliations and analysis of all general ledger accounts on both local and consolidated levels, ensuring compliance with US GAAP accounting standards and internal requirements Understanding US GAAP to local GAAP adjustments for key locations and ensuring that local controllers follow appropriate practices from a local GAAP perspective Close partnership with FP&A to ensure alignment on required analytics Analyzing financial data and transactions to identify anomalies and proactively resolving any errors found Researching and documenting complex US GAAP accounting matters, including acquisitions, and developing accounting policies for worldwide application Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in acquisition analysis within the industry Big 4 experience preferred, particularly in acquisition analysis High proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel preferred Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP preferred Hands-on experience as a Controller Exceptional financial reporting skills, including variance analysis, reconciliations, and discussion of financial results Demonstrated ownership and accountability in financial operations Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field required Conditions & Benefits Hybrid work mode and flexible schedule Access to professional counseling services including psychological, financial, and legal support Diverse internal training programs Partially or fully paid additional training courses All necessary work equipment,
