Job Description:

ORRA Fine Jewellery is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Executive at our Hughes Road store in Mumbai. As a Counter Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our range of exquisite jewellery, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Provide product information and guide customers in their purchasing decisions.

- Showcase our diverse collection of fine jewellery to customers.

- Maintain a neat and organized display of products at the counter.

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.

- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

- Collaborate with the store team to achieve overall sales objectives.

- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong customer service orientation.

- Knowledge of different types of jewellery, precious metals, and gemstones.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Flexibility to work on weekends and during peak retail hours.

- Good time management and organizational skills.
