Opportunity: Lead Software Engineer Front end ( Angular ) What youll do on the job: Lead and oversee the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge web applications primarily using Angular. Ensure the development of responsive and pixel-perfect UI components. Employ best practices in web component development for modular and reusable code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, back-end engineers, and product managers to deliver holistic web experiences. Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and standards. Ensure optimal performance of front-end applications. Leverage Angular Universal and other tools to enhance server-side rendering where necessary. Experience with resolving cross-browser compatibility issues. Experience with page speed optimization Write robust unit tests using Jest. Ensure that all components are tested, and deliverables are of the highest quality. Playwright experience for end-to-end testing is a significant plus. Offer insights and recommendations on how to leverage new features and tools for the team's advantage. Who'll be a good fit: Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field. At least 5+ years of experience in Angular framework with mastery in pixel-perfect reusable component development. Proficient in TypeScript 4+, HTML 5, CSS 3, and SCSS. Strong understanding of the new features in Angular 14 -18 versions. Exposure to Angular SSR with Nest.js will be considered a significant advantage. Experience with Jest for unit testing. Develop and implement advanced HTML templates, application build processes, and asset serving strategies using tools like Webpack and Gulp. Leverage iframes, post-message communications, canvas, and advanced SCSS for dynamic and high-performance front-end architecture. Solid understanding of Browser Rendering Engine & Web APIs. Ability to create a System Design of a frontend application. Ability to design and develop a frontend focused event driven application with resiliency. Implement performance optimization techniques, including preloading strategies and efficient memory profiling using Angular DevTools. Ensure robust security by adhering to Angular security best practices and mitigating common vulnerabilities. Architect and integrate micro frontends and enable server-side rendering (SSR) for scalable and high-performance applications. Establish and implement best practices for performance monitoring and error management, including the use of tools like Sentry for error logging, tracking, and proactive issue resolution. Experience building enterprise-level projects, with exposure to using sentry.io or similar tools to track and fine-tune frontend performance. Passionate about creating high-quality, innovative web applications. Excellent programming skills with a strong foundation in design patterns, algorithm, and data structure.
