Business Analyst (E2E Flows) - Banking - Pune The ideal candidate will join the Central E2E Testing Team, their focus is more on analysing business processes, experienced in identifying end-to-end (E2E) flows, and ensuring that testing covers the necessary functional and non-functional requirements. They will collaborate with testers but won't be the ones executing the tests themselves. Job description Senior Business Analyst embedded in the Central E2E Testing Team. The role will involve working with the Central and Value Stream teams (Architects, BAs & Testers) to identify E2E Flows to test. The E2E flows are to test identified functional and non functional requirements applicable at the E2E level. Analysis of Value Stream journeys and process flows. Experience in analysing Current State and Target Operating Models. Oversee change management activities including impact analysis and change to testing scope. Assist testing team in prioritizing the test scripts and approach Review of defects and their prioritization Experience working on large scale transformation programmes Strong BA relationship management and collaborative, encouraging team skills to ensure both IT and business teams remain engaged and comfortable to progress with analysis and delivery of proposed solutions.
