Job Description
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process while contributing to our mission of building a talented and diverse workforce. Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing: Leverage job boards, social media platforms, and other channels to source top talent for various roles. Screening and Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Interview Coordination: Organize and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process. Job Postings: Draft and publish job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates. Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database. Candidate Communication: Engage with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive recruitment experience. Employer Branding: Assist in creating and sharing engaging content to promote Studycaller as an employer of choice. Market Research: Conduct research on hiring trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in talent acquisition. Support Activities: Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with ATS tools is a plus. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
