Job Description

Your duties and responsibilities depend on the size of the organization but are likely to include direct QA work and line management.

Responsibilities:
Reviewing policies and standards, ensuring company processes comply with regulations, and confirming that current policies reflect al legal and internal standards;
Planning, executing, and monitoring product test and inspections to ensure audits, tests, and other QA tasks are performed correctly and properly documented;
Developing improvements in manufacturing processes by analyzing data to pinpoint areas for enhancement;
Addressing customer complaints or feedback, developing appropriate corrective actions, and documenting/reporting progress;
Identifying any training requirements to meet quality standards and delivering that training to relevant personnel.

QA Manager Requirements:
Qualification Required-Diploma,B.tech,M.tech,BCA,MCA,IT,Bsc.IT,Msc.IT,
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
