    Job Summary:
    We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring domestic and international clients for our staffing services through multiple channels, including cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital platforms. The role demands a deep understanding of the staffing industry, strong networking skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other networking platforms.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with CxO level people, HR heads, hiring managers, and decision-makers at various organizations.
    • Work on domestic and international client acquisition by pitching staffing services effectively.
    • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and follow up regularly to convert leads into sales.
    • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company
    • Keep track of market trends, competitors, and industry developments to refine business strategies.
    • Meet and exceed revenue targets by implementing effective sales strategies.


    Key Skills & Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the staffing/recruitment industry.
    • Strong knowledge of IT and non-IT recruitment services for both domestic and international markets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
    • Experience using LinkedIn, email campaigns, and CRM tools for lead generation.
    • Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Willingness to travel if required for client meetings.
