The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the specified timeline, scope, and budget. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure that project goals are achieved and stakeholder expectations are met. The PM will manage the project lifecycle from initiation to closure, working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Scheduling:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Allocate resources (human, financial, and technical) effectively.
Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
Team Management:
Assemble and lead project teams, providing direction and support.
Facilitate collaboration between team members and ensure effective communication.
Assign tasks and track the performance of team members.
Motivate, mentor, and coach project team members to ensure productivity and engagement.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders (internal and external).

Risk and Issue Management:
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Address project issues promptly and find solutions to keep the project on track.

Budget and Resource Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring the project stays within financial constraints.
Monitor project spending and forecast future costs.
Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
Conduct regular quality reviews and audits throughout the project lifecycle.
Implement continuous improvement processes for future projects.
Project Execution & Delivery:
Lead the execution of the project according to the plan.
Monitor the progress of the project, ensuring alignment with objectives.
Ensure final deliverables are completed on time and meet all requirements.
Project Closure & Reporting:
Lead the project closure process, including final documentation and stakeholder reviews.
Capture lessons learned and make recommendations for future projects.
Provide post-project support and follow-up on any residual issues.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is often preferred.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
Proven experience in managing projects from initiation to completion.
Familiarity with project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana).
