- Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive to oversee and manage on-site activities for corporate and residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will serve as a central point of coordination between clients, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant execution of interior projects. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between clients, designers, and contractors, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflows. On-Site Management: Supervise and oversee all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols. Budget Management: Monitor project expenses to ensure adherence to allocated budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet company standards and client expectations. Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment on project progress. Resource Allocation: Coordinate and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency. Problem Solving: Identify potential challenges or delays and implement solutions to minimize disruptions. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of project activities, progress reports, and any change requests for future reference. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience in managing corporate and residential interior projects. Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and interior design principles. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for client and team interactions. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
