Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Leader to drive international sales growth and expand our global market presence. This role involves international travel to industry events, trade shows, and client meetings while leading a high-performing business development team.

Work Experience: required :8-12 Years



Desired profile of the candidate:

• Having 8to12years of experience in Business Development role in
• maritime (Shipbuilding, Ship Design, Ship Equipment sales, Ship
• Management)
• Minimum of bachelors degree in Naval Architecture /Marine/Mechanical
• Engineering
• MBA(will have an added advantage)
• Must have excellent Communication Skills.
• Must have on-hand experience with estimations & proposals & tender
• participations.
• Good presentation &amp CRM skills
• Good analytical, planning, and reporting skills.
