    Job Summary: Mosaic Mussoorie is seeking an experienced and innovative Head Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu creation, food preparation, kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest quality standards. This role requires creativity, leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation & Quality Control: Oversee food production, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation. Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations. Cost Control & Budgeting: Manage food costs, inventory, and procurement to optimize profitability while maintaining quality. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety regulations, including HACCP standards. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a positive and efficient work environment. Guest Satisfaction: Collaborate with the F&B team to enhance guest experiences and address feedback. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end hotel. Culinary degree or equivalent certification. Strong knowledge of international and Indian cuisine. Expertise in menu planning, kitchen management, and cost control. Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced kitchen. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
