Key Responsibilities Aggressive Talent Acquisition Own and deliver a high-speed hiring plan to onboard 188+ billable employees by 2029. Drive end-to-end recruitment for IT services, engineering, and niche tech roles. Ensure consistent and predictable talent pipelines, closing critical positions in record time. Build and Lead a High-Performance Team Assemble, train, and lead a recruitment team capable of executing at scale. Drive accountability and performance with clear KPIs and fast feedback loops. Foster a deliver or outperform mindset within the team. Operational Excellence Build scalable, efficient, and data-driven recruitment processes. Leverage cutting-edge tools and technology to track, analyze, and optimize hiring performance. Maintain recruitment timelines with laser focus, ensuring positions are filled ahead of demand. Strategic Collaboration Partner closely with business and delivery heads to forecast hiring needs and align with client demands. Proactively anticipate workforce gaps and develop solutions before they impact delivery. Drive Metrics and Outcomes Maintain aggressive time-to-hire goals (under 25 days for key roles). Achieve a 90%+ conversion rate for offers extended to candidates. Ensure high retention and exceptional candidate quality aligned with client needs. Experience What You Bring 8+ years of experience in high-growth recruitment leadership, preferably in IT services or staff augmentation. Demonstrated success in scaling recruitment for 100+ hires per year. Skills And Traits Relentless drive to achieve ambitious hiring targets. Data-driven mindset with strong expertise in recruitment analytics and tools (e.g., ATS, sourcing platforms). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results in fast-paced environments. Education Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
