Job Description
Sr.Accountant / Asst Manager
Maintenance of sales ,purcase
Handle the statutory record P & L Accounts ,Balance sheet
Tally Entry
Expenses & Purchase bill updating in Tally
Making salary for Office Staff.
OT/ Project Incentive Calculation, salary breakup.
Allotment of PF numbers & preparing of ESI cards for all the eligible employees.
Preparing monthly ESI and PF returns & Payments
PF SETTLEMENTS
Maintaining of day to daybook of accounts,
Bank Reconciliation Statement,
Preparation of Quarterly and Annual e-TDS returns,
Preparation of Form 16 & Form 16A,
Filling monthly returns of TDS, Professional Tax.
Filling monthly returns of GST (GSTR1, GSTR2 & GSTR3B)
Handling Petty Cash.
Preparation of Invoice etc.
Statutory work. (ROC)
Handling Administration (Housekeeping Electrical & etc.)
Stock Verification monthly
Inventory Quarterly Auditing
Financial Auditing
Preparation of MIS Report for Monthly
Handling Banks
