JOB Brief
We are looking for a (Human Resources) HR Generalist / HR Executive to join our team and implement various human resources programs.
If you have a passion for HR, are familiar with labor law and look to kick start your career in the field, this is the place to be.
The goal is to ensure the HR departments operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
Responsibilities
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes & manage recruitment vendor.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as an HR Executive / HR Generalist
- Payroll Generation
- Appraisal Mechanisms
- Develop KPI's
- Statutory Compliances
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Good communication and Interpersonal skills
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
