Job Description

Key Responsibilities Coordinate with engineers and senior staff on day-to-day activities. Assist in compiling tenders and preparing required documentation. Scrutinize and evaluate tender documents, drawings, and schedules. Float enquiries to suppliers and manufacturers for quotes. Conduct comparison studies based on supplier quotations. Negotiate with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects. Price electrical tenders and Bill of Quantities (BOQs). Prepare and submit tender documentation on time, including follow-ups. Maintain records of bids, offers, and technical data from manufacturers and suppliers. Create pre-qualification documents and submit project-specific questionnaires.
