This role requires a professional with 7 to 8 years of experience inHRmanagement within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementingHRstrategies, managing recruitment and talent management, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring the overall efficiency ofHRoperations. Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Strategy: - Develop and executeHRstrategies and initiatives aligned with the company's business objectives and overall vision. - Provide leadership and guidance to theHRteam, promoting a high-performance culture. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: - Lead and oversee the recruitment process to ensure the company attracts top talent. - Manage workforce planning, ensure job descriptions are up to date, and collaborate with hiring managers for recruitment needs. - Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires. Employee Relations & Engagement: - Manage employee relations activities and resolve workplace issues promptly and professionally. - Drive employee engagement programs to improve morale and retention rates. - Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture where employees feel valued. Performance Management: - Implement and oversee performance management systems, including employee reviews, feedback, and goal-setting. - Support departmentheads in setting objectives and assessing employee performance. - Facilitate training and development initiatives to promote skill development and career progression. Compliance & Policies: - Ensure the organization is in compliance with all labor laws, industry regulations, and internal policies. - Develop, implement, and regularly updateHRpolicies to reflect changes in legislation or business needs. - Manage payroll, benefits administration, and otherHR-related compliance tasks. Training & Development: - Identify and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity. - Foster a learning environment and ensure continuous growth opportunities for employees. HRAnalytics & Reporting: - AnalyzeHRmetrics and provide actionable insights to senior management. - Ensure accurateHRrecords and reporting for all employee-related matters. - Utilize data to assessHRprograms' effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications & Experience:Education: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Experience: - Minimum of 7-8 years of progressive experience inHRmanagement, preferably within a manufacturing environment. - Strong knowledge ofHRfunctions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. - Proven track record of drivingHRinitiatives that positively impact business performance. Skills & Competencies: - Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - In-depth knowledge of labor laws andHRbest practices. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. - Proficient inHRsoftware and MS Office Suite.
