Job Description

    The work will cover areas such as selling ideas, services. Maintaining relationship with clients and providing business leads, client interaction, team building, follow up with clients, preparing itinerary, costing itineraries and hotel booking etc. This position is responsible for acquiring and developing new business & also Job Responsibilities: Pro-actively hunt for target organizations/Travel Agents and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Companys services. Designing Itineraries (Domestic destinations). Designing itinerary__ Costing Itineraries__ booking hotels etc. . Negotiation with suppliers__ contracting Will work on Domestic destinations and hotels Further develop multi-tier relationships to organically grow the clients accounts. Build referral and lead generation network Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients Implement business models so as to create new ventures Regular meetings with key clients Will develop and maintain effective prospective client and existing client relationships Create and carry out plans for business development. Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients. CRM Maximize revenues from the existing customer base and developing ongoing account plans Respond to and follow up enquiries using appropriate methods. Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of Tours business Skills: Candidates should be from Services Industry/Marketing/Sales background/BD/Tours & Travel Should have knowledge of making reservations__ Fare calculation__ Ticketing Should have knowledge of Overseas Travel Insurance (training can be given ) Good communication skills Dynamic professionals with experience in Travel agency as a travel agent/ticket booking / Visa Executive Good level of computer literacy__ including proficiency in MS Office applications and mail drafting. Experience in AIR Fare Loading or in any other travel process will be preferred. Preferably worked on Airfares. Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount. Sound knowledge of international /Domestic Ticketing and fare calculation. Good observation and analyzing skills. Should be well versed with Geography Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside organization. Extensive negotiation experience Ability take ownership for Customer needs Ability to handle corporate presentations, documents, proposals, and managing the expectations of the customers Ability to achieve the sales target within the given times. Ability to work under pressure. Good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels. Self-Starter Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized. Good Presentation skills. Time Management Skills. Candidate should have pleasing personality with excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written).,
