    Location: Bangalore Experience: 3-8 years in corporate sales, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to drive B2B sales and establish strong corporate partnerships in the hotel and travel sector. This role involves acquiring new corporate clients, managing key accounts, and developing tailored travel and accommodation solutions to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify and target corporate clients, MNCs, travel management companies (TMCs), and event organizers. Develop a pipeline of potential corporate clients through networking, cold calling, and industry events. Build long-term relationships with HR, admin, and travel procurement teams. Sales & Revenue Growth: Pitch corporate travel packages, hotel accommodations, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and long-stay solutions. Negotiate and close corporate deals, ensuring revenue targets are met. Develop pricing strategies and corporate rate plans in collaboration with the revenue management team. Account Management & Client Servicing: Manage and maintain relationships with key corporate accounts to ensure repeat business. Address client requirements, resolve service-related issues, and ensure seamless booking experiences. Upsell and cross-sell additional services such as airport transfers, local experiences, and premium stays. Strategic Partnerships & Collaboration: Work closely with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and travel service providers to enhance offerings. Collaborate with marketing teams to create corporate sales campaigns and promotional materials. Reporting & Market Analysis: Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports for senior management. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and corporate travel spending patterns. Requirements: Proven track record in corporate sales, preferably in hospitality, travel, or related industries. Strong network of corporate clients and experience in B2B sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple accounts. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in selling hotel stays, travel packages, or corporate travel management services. Knowledge of MICE sales and corporate contracting.
