Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Design and create eye-catching visuals for various digital platforms, including social media posts, banners, advertisements, and website elements. Video Editing: Edit engaging videos, especially Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, ensuring they are aligned with brand aesthetics and target audience. Content Creation: Shoot short-form videos (reels, etc.) using both professional equipment and smartphones as needed. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand content needs and ensure all graphics and videos align with campaign goals. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and social media video formats. Manage multiple design and video editing projects while meeting deadlines. Suggest new creative ideas for videos, designs, and content strategies to boost engagement. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor (6 months-1 year) Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing skills. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and other relevant software. Experience shooting and editing videos specifically for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube). Knowledge of video trends, effects, transitions, and audio elements that work well on social media. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a creative team. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Creativity and a passion for staying on top of current design and video trends.
