Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Estimation & Development Civil Engineer at Karma Realty located in Pune Camp. The role involves tasks related to civil engineering design, planning, stormwater management, and development. The Engineer will be responsible for ensuring quality construction and design in residential, commercial, and other real estate projects. Qualifications Civil Engineering Design and Estimation Engineering skills Experience in planning and stormwater management Knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Experience in the real estate industry only with experence of 7-10 plus years and must have handled atleast 5-10 highrise complete projects.,
