Overview: We are a reputed public listed company having market leadership in several business verticals such as building & construction, defence systems, renewable energy / solar, Technology / Smart City solutions etc. We are currently seeking two (2) proactive and results-oriented Systems Sales Engineers to join our Technology business team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and technical expertise. This role requires a strong balance of technical knowledge, sales acumen and customer relationship management skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development: o Identify and target new clients to drive business growth and maximize opportunities. o Generate new leads and expand the client base by actively searching for potential customers. 2. Sales Targets: o Consistently meet or exceed regular sales targets set by the organization. o Align activities with the Technology Division Sales & Marketing Plan to achieve goals. 3. Client Management: o Maintain an up-to-date record of client contact details and interactions. o Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. 4. Solution Presentation: o Present company solutions and services to prospective and existing customers effectively. o Clearly communicate the benefits and features of products and services. 5. Customer Requirements: o Accurately understand and convey customer requirements to the design team for project development. 6. Reporting: o Submit daily reports on sales activities and progress to the Sales Manager. o Maintain compliance with all company reporting policies and procedures, including ISO procedures. 7. Project Costing & Proposals: o Prepare project costing based on design requirements and specifications. o Develop and submit well-structured offer proposals to customers. 8. Negotiations: o Negotiate tender and contract terms with clients. o Close sales by agreeing to mutually beneficial terms and conditions. 9. After-Sales Service: o Coordinate and oversee after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction. o Address client concerns promptly and professionally to build a satisfied customer base. 10. Customer Satisfaction: o Maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support. 11. Compliance: o Adhere to all company rules, policies, and ISO procedures. o Ensure proper documentation and use of registered report forms. 12. Professional Presentation: o Wear the designated G4S uniform and ID during duty hours to represent the company professionally. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering, Business Management or equivalent. At least 5 recent years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the ELV & IT systems industry. Adequate technical knowledge of Security Systems, ELV systems, Audio-Visual, IT & Networking, Telecom, Radio Comm. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to prepare accurate costings, proposals, and reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
