- Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our manufacturing plant team specializing in dairy and food products. The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, accounting principles, ERP systems, and inventory management. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and adherence to industry regulations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all financial operations within the manufacturing plant. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Implement and optimize ERP software for efficient financial and inventory management processes. Monitor and manage inventory control systems to support production needs. Conduct cost accounting to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses for management review. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve performance. Assist in audits and ensure the integrity of financial data. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software. Strong understanding of accounting principles and inventory management practices. Proven experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing or production setting. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and communication abilities. Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
