- Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tech Team Lead to oversee our development team, driving the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using Node.js and React frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, and proven leadership skills to manage and mentor a team of developers. This role requires a balance of technical proficiency and team management to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning, architecture, and development of full-stack applications using Node.js (backend) and React (frontend). Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable codebases while ensuring best practices in software development. Oversee the setup, maintenance, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes. Manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to foster growth and collaboration. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure the team adheres to agile methodologies, meeting sprint goals and maintaining high standards of quality. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and performance. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role. Expertise in Node.js and React frameworks, including hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and responsive front-end interfaces. Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar). Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern development workflows. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with agile development practices (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient solutions. Preferred Skills: Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or other modern JavaScript frameworks. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
