Mechanical Experience: 2 Years in the same field of engineering / manufacturing process equipment like reactors, heat exchangers, columns. 5 Years in other relevant fields. Position Overview: Aries Fabricators is seeking a skilled Draughtsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in translating conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings and blueprints. The Draughtsman will play a crucial role in the fabrication process, ensuring accuracy, precision, and adherence to industry standards. Responsibilities: Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand project requirements and objectives. Create detailed drawings, plans, and schematics using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Develop accurate 2D and 3D models of components and assemblies. Ensure compliance with technical specifications, building codes, and regulations. Review and revise drawings based on feedback and design changes. Work closely with fabrication teams to provide technical support and resolve any design-related issues. Maintain organized documentation of drawings, revisions, and project files. Participate in design reviews and meetings to contribute ideas and insights. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in CAD technology, and best practices. Requirements: Proven experience as a Draughtsman or similar role in a fabrication or manufacturing environment. Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and techniques is preferred. Certification in drafting or CAD software is a plus.
