Title: Technical Delivery Manager (RHEL + NetApp + AWS) Location: Bangalore, India Employment Type: Full-Time, Work from Office Work Hours: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Night Shift - Until June) Project: Semiconductor Manufacturing About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Linux Technical Delivery Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of our Linux-based infrastructure. This role will require expertise in Linux system administration, NetApp storage solutions, and AWS cloud services, along with experience managing large-scale migrations and delivering enterprise-level projects. The ideal candidate will lead a highly technical team, drive innovation, and ensure the successful execution of critical IT initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of Linux infrastructure solutions, ensuring robust performance, scalability, and security. Manage the integration of NetApp storage platforms and AWS cloud environments into our existing infrastructure. Oversee large-scale migration projects to hybrid and multi-cloud environments, with a focus on minimal downtime and seamless transitions. Develop and implement advanced automation frameworks using Ansible and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles. Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering continuous learning and professional growth. Ensure system reliability and availability through proactive monitoring, performance tuning, and optimization strategies. Maintain comprehensive documentation and establish operational best practices for all infrastructure-related processes. Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. 12+ years of Linux systems engineering or technical delivery experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles. Expertise in Linux operating systems (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu), NetApp storage solutions and AWS cloud services. Good to have advanced Ansible automation and scripting (Python, Bash). Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale migration and cloud integration projects. Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Prometheus) and performance optimization. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience working with Pure Storage technologies. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interface effectively across teams and stakeholders.,
