Greetings from Concept Communication Ltd !!! We are hiring a Senior Executive Investor Relations who will work closely with the team at Capital Market Group and other key stakeholders to manage Investor Relations activities and act as a support role for multiple processes of IPO and secondary market clients. Responsibilities Invite and ensure investor participation in investor meetings (both Online and Offline meetings) for IPO and secondary market companies Support role to create the Investor PPT and other communications Interacting with investors to address queries and explain the fundamentals and technical aspects of the company. Create a repository of investors and do reporting after every investor meeting Organize plant/site visits for investors and analysts. Disseminate company updates and IPO information to the Investor community as and when required Moderate and manage the Investor meetings conducted either on online platforms or offline meetings Key Requirements You have 2-5 years of experience as an Investor Relations Executive You have a relevant database of Investors and possess strong relationships with the Investor community You possess a strong knowledge and understanding of IPO and the Secondary Market You know the tools in Microsoft PPT to create an Investor deck You are organized and can prioritize effectively You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders. #Hiring #InvestorRelations #IPO #CapitalMarkets #CareerOpportunity HiringAlert #MumbaiJobs #ConceptCommunicationLtd,
