Where no two days arethe same.Job DescriptionSelection of electrical & electro mechanical components, motor, battery, cables, accessories.Should interact with design team on reverse engineering plans and PLM related activities.Carefully disassemble parts of products, piece by piece, without causing damage.Analyze the collected data to understand how the product functions as a whole and the role of each component in its operation.Documentation of features observed during testing & disassembly.Communicate and interact with electronics design engineers, component engineers, software engineers and mechanical engineers.Structure the documentation in a PLM system and create part of the documentation, Participating in the review of designs.Be part of documentation process for technical information regarding electrical, electronics, electromechanical components.Should have knowledge in selecting the components related to wiring harness, like cables & accessoriesImplementation of Product structure in PLM system.Product reverse engineering in industrial or medical equipment.Primary SkillsReverse engineeringLCMKnowledge of wiring harnessCapgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
