Senior R&D Engineer Clean and Cold Room

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Research & Development:
- Design and develop clean and cold room products (walls, panels, doors, HVAC systems).
- Research new insulation materials, technologies, and processes.
- Create innovative designs, prototypes, and conduct testing.
- Material Selection & Evaluation:
- Choose appropriate materials based on conductivity, durability, and cost.
- Standards & Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14644, GMP, FDA, and HACCP standards.
- Adhere to insulation, air-tightness, and environmental regulations.
- HVAC & Environmental Control:
- Develop HVAC systems for controlled temperature and humidity.
- Optimize airflow efficiency and air filtration.
- Testing & Quality Control:
- Develop test protocols and root cause analysis for failures.
- Collaborate with production and QA teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work with procurement, sales, and marketing teams.
- Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and improvement plans.

- Experience: 8-10 years in R&D, modular clean rooms, and HVAC integration.
