Job Description

We Are Hiring for the role of Regional Manager - Sales

Location: Hyderabad


Role & responsibilities:

  • Attain and surpass sales and revenue targets within the designated region.
  • Manage the team and ensure that all team members meet their assigned targets.
  • Develop strategic alliances with educational institutions, including schools, colleges, and universities, by identifying potential clients, comprehending their requirements, and providing appropriate solutions to advance the organization's programs and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within educational institutions.
  • Organize and conduct webinars, seminars, and other events for prospective learners.
  • Facilitate the registration of candidates on the TimesPro platform.
  • Obtain feedback from educational institutions to improve our services and offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with employers to secure student placements and ensure they post job opportunities on the TimesPro platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects related to institutional connections.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new partnerships and opportunities for business development.
  • Maintain MIS, analyze reports, and share insights with the reporting manager.

Desired Candidate Profile & Experience -

  • Institutional sales, Business development, Sales, Student sourcing, Channel expansion & management.
  • 15-18 years of experience in education industry preferably in similar role
  • Having strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, employers, and channel partners.
  • Sales, Team handling, Institutional connects, Networking, Channel management, Partner development & management, willingness to travel.
  • Presentation skills, basic financial skills, public speaking, MS Office etc.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi languages.
