Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

We, the leading manufacturing auto ancillary company is having opening for Sr. Engineer & Assistant Manager in NPD.

1) Sheet Metal parts development experience: Specially in Press Parts, Fabricated stamping Parts, machined components.
2) He should have Knowledge of Sheet Metal Press Tools development & process of welding - Manual & Robotic.
3) PART & TOOL costing sheet preparation with process and getting interact with customer for costing of PART & Tooling approval.
4) Follow with Tool makers for time plan compliance as per customer requirements.
5) He should be familiar with - GD & T , latest Tooling, gauges , process development & softwares like CATIA, AUTOCAD, FORMING SUIT.
6) He should have knowledge: to development Parts for VW, FORD, Faurecia, Mahindra, Tenneco, Ashok Leyland, TML, Renault Nissan, Albonair etc Four wheeler OEM requirements.
7) He should have knowledge of Gauges and Press tool concept development stages.
8) He should have knowledge to conducts the Tool Trials and coordinate with Customer and supplier tool maker.
9) He should make Tool trials Inspection reports in line with Customer requirements etc.
