Join us to be part of a team shaping the future of the D2C landscape Position Summary & Scope We are seeking a highly skilled Meta & Google Ads Specialist to lead performance marketing efforts for our brand. The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing high-budget campaigns and optimizing ad performance. This role requires an expert with a deep understanding of eCommerce marketing, capable of creating and executing strategies that deliver measurable results. Scope: Take ownership of all Meta and Google Ads campaigns to achieve business goals. Strategize, implement, and optimize ad campaigns to maximize sales on our D2C website. Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI. Collaborate with the team to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives. Total Experience - 3+ years Location Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh) Salary: Competitive, as per industry standards Responsibilities: Develop and execute PPC advertising strategies across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms to drive sales and achieve business KPIs. Conduct detailed keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI. Monitor and analyze campaign metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition; make data-driven optimizations for improved outcomes. Take ownership of end-to-end campaign management, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to implement innovative and effective advertising strategies. Regularly report campaign performance, insights, and actionable recommendations to the management team, showcasing impact on business growth. Test and experiment with ad formats, targeting options, and bidding strategies to stay competitive and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in PPC advertising, specifically managing Meta & Google Ads for eCommerce or D2C brands. Proven experience managing high-budget campaigns with measurable success in driving sales. Strong knowledge of PPC best practices, including keyword research, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and ad optimization techniques. Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio) to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to enhance campaign effectiveness. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within a team and align efforts with business goals. Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus but not mandatory. Candidates who have not managed ad budgets of 10L+ per month, as this role demands expertise in handling high-budget campaigns.
