Job Description

1. To create content

2. To train the 500 + BCs

3. To evaluate the Pending for sales, back to sales of BC s & fix the BC inefficiency to bring high productivity

4. To encourage the New BC activation, by creating Shadowing BC by trainer program for the first two weeks

5. To assess the feedback on non conversion & suggest the initiatives that are prominent in market

6. To gather competition info with BC feedback & share the same weekly with sales leadership

7. To check the portfolio quality & improve the sourcing quality
