Experience Required:

3 to 14 years in sales

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve Life Insurance sales targets through effective team management
Recruit, train, and develop insurance agents on a commission basis
Monitor agents activity plans and ensure target achievement
Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) and update the Sales Management System
Motivate and guide agents through career progression programs
Encourage the use of Agent Portal & CRM for customer management and cross-selling

Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales
Education: Graduate (any stream)
