Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience specializing in OT Exstream. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance and will work in a hybrid model with a day shift. This role does not require travel. The Sr. Developer will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our companys goals and impact society positively. Responsibilities Develop and maintain software applications using OT Exstream to ensure high performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives. Design and implement scalable solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the software. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software-related issues ensuring minimal downtime. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the software development process. Document software designs coding practices and development processes to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. Contribute to the development of data governance policies and practices to ensure data integrity and compliance. Optimize software performance and scalability to meet the growing demands of the business. Ensure that all software development activities align with the companys mission and values positively impacting society. Qualifications Possess a strong background in OT Exstream with at least 5 years of hands-on experience. Have a good understanding of data governance principles and practices. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Show proficiency in software development methodologies and best practices. Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills. Have experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Show commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions. Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Possess strong organizational and time management skills. Be dedicated to continuous learning and professional development.,
