Customer Experience: Manage client visits end to end. Arrange for all client logistics (assist with visa, hotel reservations, airport/ground transfers, meals arrangement etc. Drafting of client agenda by working closely with leadership teams. Work with internal teams for meeting rooms reservation, organizing staff engagement events etc. MIS: Collating, preparing and uploading of monthly incentives of ~240 FTEs and ensure it is within bell curve and budget.
