Job Title: Solar Solution Design Engineer Location: Noida sector - 63 Company: Galaxy Online Power Systems Pvt Ltd Job Type: Full-time Introduction: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solar Solution Design Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about renewable energy and has a strong background in designing solar solutions for commercial, residential, or industrial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing solar power systems to ensure the highest level of performance, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Design solar energy systems (both residential and commercial) using the latest tools and technologies. Perform detailed load analysis and energy modeling to determine the optimal design for each project. Develop system layouts, electrical schematics, and provide technical specifications. Coordinate with clients, project managers, and installers to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements. Create energy simulations and financial models to predict system performance and ROI. Provide ongoing support and technical advice during the implementation phase and post-installation. Ensure compliance with relevant local regulations, codes, and industry standards. Assist in the preparation of project proposals and technical documentation. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and innovations in solar energy. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in solar energy system design, installation, and commissioning. Proficiency in solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD, or similar tools). Strong understanding of solar technology, electrical systems, and energy storage solutions. Familiarity with local regulations, permits, and industry standards for solar energy systems. Ability to analyze and interpret energy data, perform calculations, and optimize designs for performance and cost. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, teams, and stakeholders. Project management experience is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with energy storage systems (ESS) and hybrid solutions. Knowledge of AutoCAD for system layout and design. NABCEP certification (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate solutions to complex challenges. .
