ERP Consultant / ERP Manager / ERP Specialist Location: Mumbai We are looking for an experienced ERP Specialist to join our dynamic team! As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and integrating our ERP systems to ensure they align with our business functions. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of ERP systems, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for process improvement. Key Responsibilities: ERP System Management: Oversee the daily operations, ensuring smooth business processes and data alignment across departments. User Support & Training: Provide support and training to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and create materials for system training. Implementation & Integration: Lead ERP implementation and integration with other business systems (e.g., CRM, HRM, SCM). Customization & Reporting: Collaborate with business leaders to design custom reports and optimize workflows. Project Management: Support project teams through ERP rollouts, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Continuous Improvement: Stay current on ERP trends and technologies, driving ongoing system improvements and process optimizations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.). Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, HR, Sales, etc.). Experience with ERP implementation or upgrades is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with specific ERP software (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle). Knowledge of SQL or other database systems. Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions.
