As part of a major digital transformation initiative, they're seeking a Zuora Specialist/SME to help streamline and optimize their subscription and billing processes. About the Role What We're Looking For 7-8 years of experience, with strong Zuora platform expertise Proven experience in enterprise-level subscription environments Strong integration knowledge with ERP/CRM tools Zuora certifications are a bonus Excellent communication and problem-solving skills What You'll Do Handle end-to-end subscription management (new subs, renewals, amendments, cancellations) Design and implement scalable Zuora solutions Integrate Zuora with Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, or similar platforms Experience with Commerce Tools and AWS environments is a strong advantage If you're ready to bring your Zuora expertise to a high-impact, global transformation project-this could be the perfect next step for you.
