Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager Sales to support and drive B2B sales and channel partnerships for our holiday rental business. This role will focus on building relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other distribution partners to expand our sales reach and maximize revenue. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to target corporate clients, travel agencies, and third-party booking platforms. Build and nurture strong partnerships with key distribution channels and external sales partners. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with corporate clients and channel partners. Analyse market trends and customer feedback to optimize sales approaches and identify new business opportunities. Monitor and report on sales performance across B2B and other channels, ensuring revenue growth and target achievement. Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotions tailored to B2B clients. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years in B2B sales or channel sales, ideally within the hospitality or holiday rental industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple sales channels and drive business growth. Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
