- Job Title: Project General Manager Execution (Finishing Civil)Location: PuneJob Type: Full-timeJob Summary: The Project General Manager Execution (Finishing Civil) will be responsible for overseeing and managing all finishing-related activities on large-scale construction projects. The role requires strong leadership, project execution skills, and technical expertise in civil finishing works, ensuring high-quality standards, timely delivery, and adherence to budget constraints. Key Responsibilities: Lead the execution of finishing civil works, including plastering, flooring, painting, false ceilings, cladding, and other architectural finishes. Develop and implement execution plans, ensuring alignment with project schedules and quality standards. Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of finishing activities. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency. Address and resolve technical and operational challenges during the execution phase. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety regulations, and quality control procedures. Collaborate with design teams, consultants, and clients to ensure finishing works meet the required specifications. Prepare progress reports, cost estimates, and risk assessments for senior management. Drive innovation and best practices in finishing execution to enhance project delivery. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil). Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in a contracting background, specifically in the execution of finishing works. Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and industry standards. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools and construction software. Preferred Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with safety and quality control regulations in the construction industry.,
