Specialist, Systems Support - Noida - Fiserv

• As an experienced member of our GRC Tech group you will be responsible for Analyzing, defining , and documenting requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, and interfaces with other systems

• Conducts analysis of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of OpenPages applications

What You Will Do

• Responsible for IBM OpenPages GRC, Business Analytics, DW/BI Solution Design, Development and Implementation, Authentication and Authorization setup, Troubleshooting and Management of Projects.
• Responsible for OpenPages Cognos Administration, Framework manager, Report Studio and Event Studio.
• Responsible for setting up data connectors with enterprise tools such as Workday, ServiceNow, etc.
• Responsible for configuring OpenPages Workflows, Profiles, User groups and Domains, Roles, Security Rules, Settings etc.
• Responsible for performing OpenPages database backup and restore.
• Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign.
• Participates in rapid prototyping activities in real-time with the clients to configure the IBM OpenPages eGRC platform to meet client business needs.
• Work with business/technical partners to determine and translate business requirements into technology/functional solutions.
• Produce a detailed functional design document to match client s requirements/expectations.
• Responsible for day-to-day end user application support and problem solving.
• Working directly with users for their issues and supporting their applications on regular basis along with the existing development and enhancement.
• On-going support for application updates & upgrades pushed by IBM, access, maintenance, troubleshooting, etc.

What You Will Need to Have:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field strongly preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
• 5 + years experience in IBM OpenPages GRC
• Good skills on the Java platform (backend)
• Good skills on REST-API usage / design and implementation
• IBM OpenPages Certification is a plus.
