Job Description
- Responsible for Packaging of Electrical and electronic components in accordance with vehicle architecture & surroundings.
- Responsible for racking & ensure signed off documents between architecture & individual Coc for Logical Schematics, EE BOM, Harness Topology and DFMA
- Track the requirement documents agencies with Supplier & COC for all EE components
- DVP signed off tracking with all stakeholders.
- Interact with CFT teams for required data and optimization
- Vehicle electrical integration for Electrical and electronic systems
- Accountable for alignment with Vehicle DVP and Prototype milestones
- Responsible for the timing management of the development and release
- Responsible for the supervision of the successful releases and integration
- Alpha/Mule Bench / Lab car test support and issue management
- Preparation & tracking of ECN
- Release of CAD geometry/Drawings/TPL
- Homologation documentation
- Excellent communications skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels.
- Significant experience in use of engineering tools FMEA, DFM, DFA, Six Sigma, problem resolution etc
