Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Director - Scalable Large Language Model located in Bangalore Urban. The Director will lead a team of AI researchers and engineers to develop, implement, and scale large language models. Responsibilities include overseeing the design and deployment of AI models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge techniques, and driving innovation in scalable AI solutions. The Director will also manage project timelines, resources, and mentor team members. Qualifications Expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning Experience in developing and scaling large language models Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant frameworks Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage cross-functional teams Excellent problem-solving and innovative thinking skills Ph.D. or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field Proven track record of published research in AI and Machine Learning Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
