Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Direct daily operations of oil and gas facilities to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
• Project Management: Manage and execute large-scale projects, including new drilling initiatives and facility enhancements, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a diverse team, fostering a collaborative environment and driving performance.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations meet local, national, and international regulations. Implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for projects and operations. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, partners, and clients. Provide detailed reports on operational and strategic progress.
• Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and promote environmental stewardship across all operations.
