- Company Overview: RSM US LLP, a leading professional services firm, seeks a Talent Acquisition Associate to drive talent acquisition for their Financial Consulting division
- Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Financial Consulting positions. (Positions like: Financial Planner, Financial Analyst, Asset Manager, Financial Manager so on)
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies leveraging tools like LinkedIn and Naukri.
- Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to understand current and anticipate future hiring needs.
- Advise leadership on recruitment strategies and market trends.
- Proactively identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent, while maintaining a robust candidate pipeline.
- Partner with stakeholders to define and prioritize hiring needs.
- Deliver exceptional candidate care and communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain operational excellence and efficiency in all recruitment processes.
- Utilize social media to engage candidates and enhance employer brand.
- Champion the firms Culture, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives

Talent Acquisition Associate - Financial Consulting
One of our clients are having the below mentioned urgent opening with their Gurugram Office
Qualifications: 3+ years of full lifecycle Financial recruiting experience, preferably in consulting, Big 4 experience is a plus.
Strong JD overview,
Stakeholder and Candidate management skills.
Strong compensation discussion and negotiation skills.
Strong recruitment Data management and hands-on sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, referral).
Proficiency in recruitment technologies and social media engagement.
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Analytical mindset.Professional services/consulting experience is preferred.
Contingency search experience is preferred.
