Job Description
- Designation: This will be decided after the final round of interviews with Management. Department: International Business Location: Ahmedabad Other requirements: Ready to sign a bond for 3 years. Open to work from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am (Night Shift) Job Description: As a HR, your essential roles and responsibilities include: Act as the primary HR point of contact for night shift employees. Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and effective manner. Monitor employees" activities during night shift, and provide timely feedback to Management. Manage the recruitment process for International Business positions, including screening, interviewing, and hiring. Ensure new hires are effectively onboarded and integrated into the team. Manage employee life-cycle of the employees specifically for night shift employees. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Communicate and enforce HR policies, procedures, and guidelines specifically for night shift employees. Monitor employee attendance specifically for night shift employees and ensure that they adhere to the shift timings allotted to them, manage leave requests, and address attendance-related issues. Promote a safe and healthy work environment during the night shift. Prepare and maintain HR reports, records, and documentation. Provide regular updates to senior management on HR-related matters specifically for night shift employees. Knowledge and experience in immigration processes for employees would be preferable. Skills & Experience: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. High level of integrity and professionalism. Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to changing work environments. Excellent in Advance Excel Working Conditions: This position requires working during night shifts. Qualification: MBA -HR or equivalent degree with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in corporate HR.
