Lead - Pumping & STP Job in Adani Airport @ Oracle

Job Description

Responsibilities Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of pumping systems and sewage treatment plants at aviation facilities. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the reliability and efficiency of pumping and STP systems. Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address maintenance-related challenges and optimize system performance. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to pumping and STP operations. Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in pumping and STP maintenance. Prepare maintenance reports, documentation, and budget proposals for management review. Stay updated on technological advancements and best practices in pumping and STP maintenance. Make sure to maintain the value of PH, MLSS, turbidity & chlorine residual within the acceptable limit. Make sure the healthiness of all pumps & motors which was installed in the STP like filter feed pumps, cutter pumps, transfer pumps, garden pumps, air blowers & hydro pneumatic pump & UF system. Perform all work in conformance to Occupational Safety and Health Act regulations and CPCB norms. Monitoring of 5s/Kaizen in workplace. Qualifications Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Relevant certifications in pumping system maintenance and sewage treatment operations are desirable. Experience 10-15 years of experience in pumping system maintenance and sewage treatment plant operations. Demonstrated experience in the aviation industry is highly preferred. Proven track record of leading maintenance teams and implementing preventive maintenance programs.,
