Job Description

This role involves ensuring that the organization complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations, safeguarding sensitive information, and promoting a culture of data privacy and security

Key

Leading the privacy, and data protection program
Performing PIA and DPIA for various offer from the organizations to the client.
Conducting vendor privacy assessments
Monitor the industry landscape to keep visibility on evolutions, trends, and best practices related to Data Privacy
Liaise with other Business functions as necessary on cross-departmental data privacy Matters.

Knowledge & Skills:

Strong knowledge of data privacy and data protection regulations and a good understanding of other major privacy frameworks and evolving legislation worldwide.
Sufficient knowledge of information technology and data management systems required.
Ability to interact effectively with people at all Organisational levels. Need good analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience of working in a global Organisation.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion.

Work Experience:

The candidate should have experience in data protection, compliance, or information security.
Experience with data protection frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
Certifications (Preferred):CIPM, CIPP(E),ISO 27001,ISO27701,CISA,CISSP
